MS SQL DBA:-1. Having 2.5+ years experience in SQL Server Database Administration.2. Having strong knowledge on AlwaysOn. Experience in installation and patching of SQL Server (2008R2,2012,2014,2016)3. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database integrity issues, performance issues, blocking and deadlocking issues, replication issues, log shipping issues, connectivity issues, security issues etc4. Experience in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, using Performance Monitor, SQL Profiler and other related monitoring and troubleshooting tools.5. Strong Experience in High availability(Replication, Logshipping, AlwaysOn, Cluster environment)6. Knowledge/experience with DR (Disaster Recovery) drill.7. Experience on database migrations, up-gradation and patching8. Ability to detect and troubleshoot SQL Server related CPU, memory, I/O, disk space and other resource contention.9. Strong knowledge of backups, restores, recovery models, database shrink operations10. Experience in implementing operational automation.11. Strong knowledge of how indexes, index management, integrity checks, configuration, patching. How statistics work, how indexes are stored, how they can be created and managed effectively.12. SQL Database Operational support to tech users.13. Experience of working within an ITIL framework and/or service oriented organization14. Good working knowledge of Microsoft PC and Server platforms15. Good written and verbal communication skills.16. Documentation skills for processes and procedures
