Job Profile & Responsibility: 1. Visit to Area office {Maharashtra, Indore, Pune, Gujarat} for updation of Payment follow up.2. Payment follow up and realization on time.3. Timely generation of income bill in SAP (PM Module)4. Timely submission of income bill to Telecom Customer & West Zone Circle.5. Follow up with respected CCM /AASM & Ensure data before month end.6. Maintaining tracker of P.O. availability and Data Submission7. Follow up with Customer for payment.In SAP (PM Module) system:Raising invoice as per the summery received from respected CCM (Circle Customer Manager) of each circle.After verifying of each services from Company policy again forwarded to CCM for final confirmationFinal summery which is confirmed by CCM is ready to uploading in a SAP systemThe transaction of Invoice generating in a SAP system is using F-02, FBL1N, FBL5N, FB08 etc.In MIRO system:1. First have to generate the service Entry number in transaction ML81N.2. Service Entry Number is generated by Account Department.3. Each service has a service entry number which have to check in MIRO system.4. After checking in MIRO, entry is ready to punch in a system.
