Job Profile:• Work as a production engineer RMU & RTU.• Manage, lead, mentor and train a team of 50 production staff • Well knowledge of Gemini3 RTU production & testing.• To Manage daily & weekly inventory.• Knowledge of Testing RTU individually & with RMU.• To confirm monthly production plan.• To confirm Production BOM.• To check production shortages as per plan & take follow up for shortages with purchase dept.• Make a Production planning as per customer urgent requirement & production efficiency.• To arrange manpower as per production requirement.• To assure quality of the products at In-process and Final stage.• To tackle customer complaints, to find out its Root Cause and to take Corrective and Preventive actions on them.• To maintain & control MSDS & COSHH.• Prepare the Documentation required for ISO & internal audits.• To make continuous improvement for product & process. • Work with KANBAN,5S, Poka yoke system• Knowledge of Lucy product VRNFS, VRN2a, VRN6a, VRE2a, VRE6a, VCE2a, VCE6a, Aegis 4 way & 3way RMU, 36 KV RMU,AIMU Aegis plus smart unit.
