Job Profile:Handling all HR Recruitment and Operations day to day activities for Pune office which includes joining formalities, FNF settlements, statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Welfare Fund, Employment Exchange and other related compliances), promotion letters, Experience / Relieving letters, updation of HRIS, Medical insurance and preparing monthly HR reports etc.

Statutory Compliance• Resolve employees Query on PF (Withdrawer/Transfer/Loan),Gratuity, Insurance ManagementGratuity, Superannuation, EDLI& Group life insurance• Ensure the compliance of all the applicable provisions under various statutesGrievance Handling:• Conduct Skip Level Meetings with Process owner & employees to understand issues faced by the employees and to ensure that they are held in a professional and confidential manner. • To counsel employees in any problems that they face.Exit Interviews:• To ensure all full and final settlements and clearance formalities for employees are completed within committed time lines. • Conduct Exit interviews. To analyze the data and find out the reasons of leaving of employees. Recruitment:• Handling HR – Talent Acquisition of the Tractor and Auto Division R&D center.
