• Excellent knowledge about USA requirement (US Staffing) (Contract / Full Time) analysis and Process of recruitment. Have very good knowledge of USA Visas classification and working status (W2 / Corp to Corp / 1099)• Sourcing, Screening, Qualifying, Interviewing, brief and debrief candidate before and after interviews, Checking employment references and background checks.• In-depth knowledge of Contract to Hire & full time, understand the Project requirements and specifications for various business processes and source according to company policies and Expectations.• Strong candidate generation, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Strong drive for results with the ability to operate successfully in a team based environment.• Worked extensively with US Citizens, Permanent Resident (Green Card), EAD, H-1B Candidates.• Worked for Full-time or Permanent, Contract to hire, Contract and Corp to Corp positions.
