As a Dispute Resolution Specialist, I handled diverse responsibilities across multiple areas. In direct disputes, I resolved over 80 critical regulatory grievances daily from retail banking customers, addressing issues like late fee charges, late payment reporting, and payment history discrepancies. I validated 12,000+ fraud claims by retail banking customers, meticulously verifying their demographic details.For bureau disputes, I directly managed 30,000+ grievances from credit bureaus like Transunion, Equifax, and Experian. I reported customer details, aiding credit report preparation and score computation. Analyzing 3,500+ credit reporting agency notifications, I ensured timely updates to customer credit bureau reports.As a part of quality team, I assisted in training 40 new joiners, examined work by 120 associates, and supervised final assessments for 40 trainees.
