• Checking incoming inspection - Sampling base inspection of components, FAI• Checking inprocess inspection – Coil manufacturing, Winding Manufacturing, Protofer, VPI, Assembly.• Final inspection – Visual inspection, Mechanical inspection• Pre dispatch checking – Machine numbers, Name plates, Paint specification• Knowledge of Castings, Machined parts, fabricated parts• Prepare the Material Test Certificate as per customer requirements.• Test Certificates review and understanding of the same.• Operate Megger machine to check IR & PI value of MV motor.• Understanding the 2D & assembly drawing of medium voltage motor.• Knowledge of ISO, 5S.

• Worked on SAP software related to quality. • Prepare control plan for various parts as per drawing received from design team.• Understanding the 2D Drawing of various parts & knowledge about GD & T. • Dimensional and hardness inspection of busbars and copper parts, sheet metals etc. • Operate 2D height master, Digital Height Gauge, Hardness testing machine (Rockwell, Vickers ), Plating thickness machine ( Fischer Scope ) , conductivity meter, Powder coating Thickness Testing Meter ( DFT ) • Operate Coordinate Measuring Machine ( CMM )• Collaborate with Design & Quality Assurance departments in case of Deviations. • Monitor operation to ensure that they meet production standards

• Daily Condition monitoring of Pumps & various Machines in PSF plant.• Attending overall Preventive or Predictive, Break down and Shut down maintenance of Utility services such as Compressor, Boiler, Cooling Tower, Chilled water plant, HTF heater, Heat Exchanger, AHU etc.• Maintenance of PSF equipment’s such Crimper, Chipper, Baler etc.• Involved in Overhauling of Varies types of Daily jobs, Shut down jobs, Manpower & Material planning after proper co-ordination with process.• To maintain History books, PM schedule, Log books.
