Responsibilities also include collaborating with PM, Architects, SM and Engineering Managers regularly from requirement gathering via PM (Product Requirements)/Architect (Engineering Requirements) and have regular sync up with Engineering Managers for getting Resource and providing feedback about Resource and also reviewing with them how best we can deliver the requirements and also have regular sync up with SM (beyond Agile ceremonies) to understand the pulse of the sprint board and clear the sprint blockers.As EO, there will be a big sized requirement called as EPIC which needs to be worked by multiple teams and the responsibilities includes collaborating with different team PO's to place necessary asks and provide the reasoning for the ask with proper business justification to make initial plans. Once the sprints started, have a casual sync up with PO's to make sure EPIC is on track. If there is a slippage present, find root cause of the slippage and build a plan with the help of other PO's to make sure it is on track. As needed, collaborate with high management for resource problems and provide the visibility of the epic to them and also if there is a more fluctuation happen in the priorities between different epics, make proper business judgement to adjust the plans. After this, I moved to a new project with C#, MSSQL where front end and application had to be written in C# and SQL queries had to be written in MSSQL. I was promoted to Sr.SQA Analyst and my roles extend to more than what I have done for SQA Analyst. Additionally with black box testing, I also involved in reviewing the Developers check-in and finding the defects proactively either in code or in design spec. I also involved in writing tools to help other analysts to test the product with few hours reduction.

I started working directly from college as SQA Analyst Chennai. The responsibilities include finding, verifying and regressing defects. The responsibilities also include going through Requirement Document, Design Document and creating test cases for new/enhanced features.
