 Reading all the supplied drawings and collecting all the related fabrication & welding information and Standard for the project.  Studying the QAP & ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) for the project.  Collecting all the details for WPS & PQR, WPQR. Check or verify Received material and its certificate. Carrying out the inspection upon the stages like that of Fit Up,Assembly,Visual, Pneumatic test ,Hydro test & final Dimensional inspection.  Involved in conducting NDT like that of PT, MT,UT &co-ordination with third party Carry out holiday test & Painting inspection Conducting Welder Qualification Tests with Third party. Co-ordinating inspection with CLIENT,SURVEYOR,CONSULTANT & SUBCONTRACTOR Preparing final MDR for the completed job.
