(Measurements, Construction, fabric, trims & accessories, Fit Comments, PPS Comments, Size set Comments, etc.,) - Manage the Fit sections together with our in-house models & designers.- Manage the pattern blocks.- Manage the brand Standard under each nation’s textiles rules & regulations. - Manage the Production Schedule. - Manage the fabric consumptions reports for CMT orders. - Strike off approvals for bulk after discussion with designers. - Manage QA / QC Inspection planning. - Conducting Fabric inspections for CMT orders as per 4 point system. - Conducting inline, pre final & final inspections in factories as per AQL 2.5 system. - Conducting the inspections in warehouses. - Care label approvals. - Manage the approvals (Fit, Size set, SMS, PPS, Shipment, Fabrics, Trims & Accessories, etc.,) - Factory audit (Supplier's sourcing capabilities of understanding the fibers & process, production capacities, style handling capabilities, factory infrastructure, etc.,) - Giving technical advice to the team & suppliers. - Manage & monitoring the transportations (Supplier ->Warehouse-> Head Office / Stores -> Photo-shoot -> Fashion shows, etc.,) in the technical & quality side.- Overlook the store operations & visual merchandising operation in the stores in all technical & quality aspects.- International Human Body Analysis (Measurements) for UK, US, Europe, Australia & Asian market.

Buying Office: Handled 20+brands & 53factories in China, Hong Kong, India & Bangladesh.- Create & Manage the Production Schedule.- Manage (Check) the sample approvals as per buyer requirements.- Attending the fit session in buyer side & solve the fit issues on spot like correcting the pattern. And then manage the pattern & samples in supplier side.- QA / QC’s Inspection planning for Fabrics, In-line & Final according to the order quantity.- Monitoring the communication between the Supplier to office & Office to buyer.- Manage & approve the production file before send it to the supplier in all aspects.- Manage internal system for better follow up the orders from the sample stage to shipment.- Conducting the Factory Audit.- Discuss the strategic planning & decisions together with Managing Directors.- Diplomatic communication together with threading suppliers & buyers for release the cargo & payment related queries.
