• Reimaging supply chain distribution network during Covid for India’s largest consumer goods manufacturer. Helped secure millions of sales that could have potentially be lost by delivering end to end solution for easy implementation by Field Operations team within a week. Created Hub and spoke model using Constrained K-means to reduce overhead of Distributors.• Experimented with different demand forecasting engines for understanding impact of various levers such as Pricing, Media Spends, Distribution, Promo etc. on Secondary sales at different Hierarchy levels based on business context. Used Prophet with additional regressors and tree based methods alongside SHAP values for model interpretability.• Identified Sales Potential of ~Rs 300 Cr. through a pan-India analysis for potential villages to target for expansion. Attained more accuracy at 1/10th the cost of existing vendor solution and also data, information and analytics became proprietary to Client. Used XGBoost with HyperOpt for hyperparameter tuning.• Created basic Power BI dashboard for tracking vaccination status of employees by Department.• Developed adhoc modules for EDA using streamlit for ease of use by business.
