Worked for Aricent's Client named Trueposition on the TruePosition Finder WLS which is a network of managed nodes deployed in a carrier’s coverage area. It estimates the location of mobile devices in the area, based on the time difference of arrival (TDOA) of the signals from that mobile device in the WLS nodes surrounding them. Following are my project activties:• Worked on PRs (Bugs,system issues) in the wireless location gateway code which includes debugging of code, identification of fix, testing of fix on WLG and delivering of code into the main stream of code.• Designed and optimization of tools.• Configuring the Wireless Location Gateway with the other nodes.• Coordinated weekly status meeting with clients.

Worked for Nortel Networks on Versatile Service Engine project.Nortel’s Versatile Service Engine (ATCA based): System and Low Level Maintenance of ATCA shelf and blades.System Maintenance and Low Level Maintenance involves management, monitoring and maintenance of all blades in the whole Shelf.Technologies Used: C, C++, Shell Scripting, Clearcase, Amdocs Clarify, Guru, IDCE, Sbuild, Vi, gdb, Linux.My work includes:• Worked on several change requests in the Maintenance area of code in VSE which include debugging of code, identification of fix, testing of fix on ATCA lab and delivering of code into the main stream of code.• Designed and developed tool in Linux environment using C to program FRU data in EEPROM of FRU. This tool reduces the time to program FRU OEM records drastically.• Wrote shell scripts to automate the work in the VSE platform which include delivery of code in the stream, automation of soak testing, monitoring of lab status, application of patch in the ATCA lab etc.• Coordinating with Nortel Networks team at Canada and project sync-up with the Clients.
