• Learning and training about all front office related jobs.• Handle all guest related queries, check –in/check –out procedures.• Settle all guest related issues and feedback efficiently and timely.• Basic finance and audit related functions.• Maintain department activity reports, inter –department relationships and co-ordination.• Time management and ensure teamwork, mutual respect, recognition and employee satisfaction.• Ensure safety and standard compliance across all front office related jobs.
