- Process Design Lead for Enterprise Change and Release Management for BHP Billiton- Process Consultant for all the Service Management Processes (specifically, Incident & Problem Management, Asset & Configuration Management, Service Catalogue & Request Fulfilment)

Responsibilities:• Led the entire implementation of ServiceNow for Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge modules across Barclays Bank• Liaise with local and global SMEs in both Technology and Operations teams on a regular basis to identify new requirements • Define detailed report and data sourcing requirements (Business Requirement Docs, Functional Specification Docs, Use-case Docs) adhering to appropriate standard.• Create appropriately detailed SIT and UAT Test Plans adhering to best practice standards.• Liaise with Development Teams to ensure common understanding and agreement for deliverables.• Create appropriately detailed and scenario-related SIT test cases, with clearly identified Success Criteria and manage test data preparation.• Take the lead in executing and tracking SIT testing and support users during UAT testing and issue resolution.• Monitor test defects and chair defect review meetings to agree appropriate prioritization and resolution delivery plans.• Prepare training material and conduct SME and user training sessions (classroom and Web based)• Led in driving continual process improvement across IT Service Management aimed at improving usability of ITSM standards and ITIL best practices• Building and managing relationships with key customers

Responsibilities:• Client interface to work on the Process and Reporting framework model of a USD 40 million L1 support transformation project.• Designing and Syndication of Project and operational KPI and SLA to in-house and external stakeholders• Cost estimation on resource and application utilization.• Performing business analysis across various Level 1 projects and incorporating process enhancements for better reporting standards.• Preparation of Balanced Score Card metrics to capture progress of the Utility comprising of 24 support projects• Client interface for data gathering and homogenization exercise to bring uniformity in the reporting metrics and maintain data sanity.• Designing of data extraction logic (business logic level only) from various monitoring and support tools like (HP Open View, Netcool etc) to build a homogenized database for reporting.
