Responsible to develop Distributor sales in the southern region of Malaysia in line with P&G's business goals & understand and manage evolving customers’ needs and expectations.Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:1. Develop collaborative, profitable and sustainable business relationship with key accounts and distributors to achieve business objectives. 2. Leverage on the understanding of business trends to maximize merchandising and brand building opportunities in order to grow the sales pipeline.3. Define and implement business development strategies, joint business plans, brand activities, product promotional initiatives and price negotiations yielding profitable account development.4.
