Project Manager
CurrentLeading project delivery and providing techno-functional support to project teams for multiple projects. Scope functional and non-functional requirements, breakdown, estimate efforts, design schedule and ensure delivery within agreed timeline and within budget. Leverage Agile/Iterative methodology to deliver software in short but progressive and impactful cycles. Manage priorities and resource assignments to ensure available for successful projects Identify potential crises and prepare contingency plans and manage risk and mitigations Facilitate retrospectives on a frequent basis to identify problems and continuous improvement solutions Maintain strong communication with relevant teams, stakeholders and vendors. Participate in daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, sprint/release planning meetings. Work with the Business Consultant and Manager to deliver effective relationships with key stakeholders Provide technical and other guidance as required to the team and assess the performance of the associates. Ensure a positive, collaborative work environment for the team, manage conflicts. Mentor development teams, encourage, promote use of best practices and design patterns. Participate in hiring, performance evaluation and promotion activities
