• Involving in aircraft lease rental & maintenance reserve billings between intercompany• Review Team Member postings on Maintenance Reserve Funds (MRF) & calculation received from the Engineering Department.• Review/Prepare Intercompany reconciliation & balance sheet schedules for aircraft related transaction every month end closing• Prepare payment plan weekly/adhoc payment on behalf AOC for lease rental & MRF. Update & review payment tracker to show cash flow movement.• Review aircraft novation / Sales & lease back transaction between intercompany & keep track of aircraft movement within AOCs• Review overhaul entries & engine provision on operating lease aircrafts – and present to country finance the flux every month• Propose country finance on aged outstanding invoices to be paid• Record payment/receipt by intercompany for aircraft lease rental & MRF• Engage with Engineering for MRF Claims brought up by country finance & review the supporting before issuing claim invoices to intermediaries• Assist in preparing yearly budget & forecast analysis for MRF Revenue & Engine Overhaul accounting impact• Prepare weekly aging to Asia Aviation Capital Ltd (wholly owned subsidiary of AirAsia Group who manages aircraft leasing & financing) finance team and summarize them on outstanding due of lease rental & MRF for all AOCs. Update payment tracker for senior management review.• Attend to country finance adhoc request & involvement in company’s projects on aircraft disposal. Completed projects with Aircraft Focus team- ALIBABA – Disposal of 25 aircraft AAB finance lease own operated aircraft to external lessor and lease back to AAB. - SLB 2019 – Disposal of 14 AAB sublease to AOC aircrafts to external lessor and lease back to AOCs.
