Purchase, repair maintenance, drivers Imprest A/c and any statements required by management or HOD as and when. Diesel Report on daily and monthly basis Branch Accounting:  Preparing daily & monthly report of branch. Reconcile Branch Accounts with H.O. Accounts & other Division A/cs. Audit :  Surprise Visit to the Branches Make Internal Audit with Cash also. Surprise Visit to Stores of maintenance department

• To prepare all the accounting records.• Maintaining the monthly bank, stock, debtors & creditors statements through Tally 7.2 & 9• Maintaining & co-ordinate with bank• Reconcile all statements on monthly basis. • Maintaining petty books.• Finalization of books of accounts.• Preparation of TDS certificate and Tax return file.• Co – Ordination with related departments. Other report as per requirement by management.

• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement on Monthly Basis.• Preparation of Sundry Debtors and Creditors Reconciliation Statement.• Preparation of Stock Reconciliation Statement.• Maintaining all books of Accounts.• Finalization of books of Accounts from journal to Balance Sheet.• Other report as per requirement by Management of the Company.
