He received the Ph.D. degree in Precision Instruments and Machinery from Southeast University in 2010. Now he is an associate professor in School of Mechanical Engineering, Nanjing University of Science and Technology. From Aug 2013 to Aug 2014, he worked at School of Mechanical Engineering in Purdue University as a visiting research scholar. As the first winner, he was a recipient of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society Best Paper Award in 2013, Nanjing CAST Natural Science Best Paper Award in 2013. As a principal investigator, he undertook National Natural Science Foundation of China, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities of China, Research Fund for Young Teachers at Nanjing University of Science and Technology. He published more than twenty academic papers, and he applied for two China invention patents. His current research interests mainly include automotive electronics & intelligent control technology and unmanned robot technology.
