Scope of work as Service Engineer:1. Prepare maintenance plan of the equipment.2. Perform preventive maintenance regularly to maintain operation availability of the equipment.3. Perform on-call and hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.4. Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location.5. Provide on-site training to the customers.6. Interface with cross functional work teams such as project implementation, customer support/services, product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales.7. Develop Service technical documentation.8. Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits.9. Timely complete and submit all required paperwork. 10. Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.11. Other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Service EngineerScope of work as Site Project Manager:1. Communicate with the customers as Nuctech’s representative to finalize the work plan and project schedule;2. Coordinate with the support team in Nuctech to organize the international shipping, domestic delivery and site installation;3. Control the project progress to complete the work to meet the contract requirement in terms of technical and commercial aspect.4. Organize and manage the site work properly and efficiently to control the risk on safety and progress of implementation.5. Organize the site acceptance test and get the test report signed as approval by customers.6. Coordinate with the marketing manager to collect payment as per the contract.7. Complete and submit the project documents as required by Nuctech and customers;8. Feedback and deal with the quality problems and defects on the products timely during the implementation period to avoid any potential complaints from the customers.
