I am passionate about providing quality education and fostering a positive learning environment for students and staff. I have a PG Diploma in Educational Administration and Supervision from Annamalai University, and I am committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the education sector.I also have more than a decade of experience in teaching English as a foreign language, and I hold a Certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language from IGNOU. I have conducted several teacher training workshops to enhance the pedagogical skills and competencies of over 300 of my colleagues in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. I have also revamped a series of grammar books by Macmillan, and I have proven skills in proofreading, editing, and content writing. Additionally, I am a certified soft skill trainer and facilitator from SHRM, HRCI, and CPD, and I enjoy public speaking and being a Toastmaster.
