As a highly motivated individual with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering, my research work has been focused mainly on designing and analyzing mechanical devices using ANSYS. I have expertise in CAD modeling and Rapid prototyping technology coupled with management and problem-solving skills. I can work independently or as part of a team and take responsibility for my work.My key skills include product conceptualization and design, optimization and analysis techniques, research and development (R&D), computer numerical control (CNC), project management, rapid prototyping, and reverse Engineering. I am proficient in AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks, ANSYS, Fusion 360, CURA, 3D Printer, and MS Office.I completed my Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering with a First division from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar, India in 2017. I also completed my Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering with a First division from the same university in 2015.In my career highlights, I won several prizes in science exhibitions, group discussions, quiz competitions, and debates. I also published papers in national and international journals and delivered lectures and hands-on training in short-term courses on CAD/CAM. I qualified in the DST & Texas Instruments India Innovation Challenge Design Contest 2018 and was awarded the Devi Lal Memorial Award for Excellence 2020-21 (innovation in Engineering).My thesis and research work focused on Computational Fluid Dynamic analysis of particulate collecting machines using ANSYS. I designed a system that can collect pollutants from vehicles.I am currently working as an Assistant Professor in Mechanical Engineering Department at JCDM College of Engineering, Sirsa, with more than 5 years of experience. My major projects include designing a sterilizing machine that uses concentrated short-wavelength light to kill or inactivate microorganisms, including viruses like the coronavirus. I also optimized the material of a bearing bracket using ANSYS and performed finite element analysis on different bracket designs using SolidWorks and ANSYS workbench to obtain a better design.Overall, I am a well-rounded individual with a strong Educational and Professional background in Mechanical Engineering, and I am always seeking new challenges and opportunities to grow my skills and knowledge in the field.
