CurrentInnovation Management Associate- Responsible in conducting Internal innovation programs, campaigns, competitions, events and other related aspects to support Company's growth and competitive advantage. Facilitating innovators in the preparations of internal innovation competitions or beyond.- Leading several Innovation projects. Working with the great innovators, Collaborating with vendor, user, patent consultant and other stakeholders in the effort of creating new innovation products or digital solution.- Supports team in knowledge transfer process for all employee (/external audience), through content creation; seminar and training events; benchmarking session.Key Activities & Projects:Programs:- UT Innovation Program: UTVI PEJUANGResponsible in concepting a whole year program to boost UT's Innovation creation and progress. Creating campaign plan, promotion materials, activation to boost nationwide innovation coverage.- UTVI Competition & InnovAstraConducting a tournament-like competition (UTVIC) to gather the best innovation ideas from UT and its affiliated companies. Facilitating our best innovators through series of brainstorming, design thinking session, to shape their project to its fullest potential to take part in a Corporate level Innovation Competition (InnovAstra).- Innovation Awarding: Adibrata Managing UT Innovation awarding ceremony. Creating event concepts, key visual & designs, coordinate with creative team or vendor, and involved in the execution of the event.Projects:- Digital & Innovative Tool: UVS & Wireless PPMWorked as Lead project management officer. Task consist of the initial sourcing of ideas, vendor selection, shaping and concepting the innovation with stakeholders, patent coordination, QC process and change management.Events Highlights (as Committee & Speaker):- New Year Kick-off.- IT Exhibition: AHEMCE IT Forum.- Knowledge Sharing: Prosdem, Agent of Change, INtalks, etc.
