Project – Ooredoo ISP project – Qatar (Qatar Telecom) As a field and quality engineer for the Qatar telecom (Ooredoo) FTTX project in Doha, Qatar. This project's scope of work includes handling daily workload, engaging with clients, safety and quality control, solution approvals, handling accelerated cases, onsite visits, and post installation inspections in significant commercial and residential building projects. Further I have to Prepare and present training material for the sub-contractors and end customers, roadmap planning, and monthly reports. • Plan and manage daily installations and maintenance based on the daily inquires received form the clients in major shopping malls (Mall of Qatar, Doha Festival city), Residential buildings (Perl Qatar) and Qatar Metro Project etc.• Prepare and present training material for the sub-contractors and end customers, roadmap planning, and monthly reports.• Maintained strong relationships with sub-contractors, end customers and became the point of contact person for all communication.• Work with the agile development team to ensure efficient activity and time management based on the changing demands of the customers and competition instead of working on a predetermined schedule.• Provide engineering support to field staff for quality assurance and troubleshooting.• Ensure material availability for the ongoing projects and upcoming projects.
