•Responsible to support daily operation and maintenance of Samsung Switch in Mobile-8 and Telkom Flexi.•Perform installation, configuration and acceptance test for Samsung Switch expansion.•Perform installation, configuration, troubleshooting and acceptance test for Samsung Wireless SoftSwitch, EMS and Media Gateway.•Collect network performance statistics data for to comply the customer KPI.

•Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Lucent Navis Radius•Develop Web based billing system using PHP and MySQL to collect billing data from Navis Radius.•Conduct Site survey for new sites.

•Perform site survey, modem and router installation in customer premises.•Perform installation of ADSL, SDSL and BER test at customer premises.•Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of customer router and squid cache engine.•Monitoring backbone and network status•Support customer for technical issue and troubleshooting via callcenter.
