At the Legal Policy and Governance Branch (Feb '11-Mar '13)As then legal officer my duties included providing legal research and advice for LPG Director upwards to Secretary of Justice and other clients. Was also involved in initial drafting draft legislation on the yet to be enacted ICAC bill. And attended to Melanesian Spearhead Group (MSG) matters on behalf of the Department of Justice, especially to the MSG Sub-Committee on Legal and Institutional Issues. during this time I was seconded to the Sovereign Wealth Fund Implementation Secretariat located in the Department of Treasury.At the International Law Division, Office of the State Solicitor (Mar '13). I was transferred to the State Solicitor's Office as Senior Legal Officer in the International Division. Duties involved providing advice on PNG's internal treaty participation and other matters for the State Solicitor's clients, especially the Department of Foreign Affairs.

Managing legal issues, liaise between stakeholders, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and legislative drafting. (And driver!)Stakeholders include Departments of Treasury, Justice and Attorney General, planning and monitoring, and Bank of PNG, and Independent Public and Business Corporation.
