I am a well rounded sucess driven, culturally sensitive Case Manager with 17+ years of medical/mental health background. I have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, that I apply in a compassionate, caring way whenever dealing with someone. I excel in customer/personal service skills putting the client needs first. My passion has always been strong for people in need within the helping profession, possessing a wide range of experience of working with a complex diverse population (Homeless, Substance Abuse, Domestic Violence, Veterans, Mental Health, Adolescents- Geriatrics ).
