• Manage Quality Management System for whole APAC, including 11 Crop Protection sites and 6 Seeds sites plus relevant supplier/tollers/OEM cross IBSL, SEA and NA&ANZ• Steer Digitalization & Innovation and Excellence projects for APAC Quality and focus on enabling system to leverage the transforming to win strategy• Drive the QMR, KPI & dashboard review, Risk Management and Quality satisfaction survey in NPS & stakeholder via Qualtrics for better customer experience• Foster the Quality Culture & Focus on building Country & Regional & Global network

• Contribute to Customer experience, Compliance & License to Operate, Overall Process Quality improvements in operations in China, Japan, Korea, Australia & New Zealand• Focus on building strategy and ensuring execution of operational objectives that align with APAC & Global Quality objectives• Lead APAC quality project like Audit Management, Risk Management, Customer Complaint Governance, etc.• Collaborate sites in digitalization, QMR, quality culture and best practice sharing

• Conduct Integrated Management System including ISO 9001/14001/OHSAS 18001• Lead customer complaint and manage the CAPA accordingly• Manage supplier and toller/OEM quality performance, e.g., complaint, KPI, audit• Take charge of company product standard and production license to operate

• As process safety owner, conduct process risk analysis, evaluation and final solution• Define process flowchart, parameter, equipment & instrument, control principle, develop operation procedure (SOP) or work instruction (WI) and give training to operation team• Manage raw materials consumption with the lowest possible product cost

• Launch Site 5S project, including 4 plants, 3 warehouse, 1 lab and office• Steer site continuous improvement project by promoting lean & 6σ concept, developing incentive rules, evaluating submitted proposals, supporting, and following up key improvement measures

• Lead plant OEE and cost saving project by optimizing process, machine reliability, manpower arrangement, etc.• Take charge of new machine introduction, installation and commissioning

• Launch SAP PMS&PGS system of FSL project successfully in China• Develop packaging for new SKU launch and optimize existing ones
