Gao Fang started her career with a technology focused client service role in the banking industry. The client facing nature of the work confirmed her interest and passion about serving people and making impact that matters. Three years after the experience in the financial arena, Gao Fang followed her engineering nature, kept her technology consulting background, and joined the force of People Operations in the internet business. Prior to embarking on her career, Gao Fang travelled intensively and lived in various countries across APAC, EMEA and NA. She enjoys good conversation and admires small steps that people take for good causes, in particular around sustainability, environment conservation and access to education.
