China HR Director(report to CEO in China, APAC HRD, both are Italian)Around 2,000 EE in China, 5 direct reports( 1 Sr. BU HRM, 2 BU HRM, 1 C&B Manager, 1 Training Manager),15 subordinates in HR Team, by now- Organization DevelopmentRestructuring (Dept to BU) eg. 16 BUs now (( developed new origination structure, positions alignment, Leadership, development based on Business(HC strategies, People development strategies, etc), etc.)ReengineeringTalent development (Management Program, Talent Program, Training in HQ Program, International Job Opportunities, etc) Change management....- C&B Matrix Restructuring and alignment (Salary Matrix, Levels Alignment, etc)- Performance Evaluation System Development ( Localized HQ Performance Evaluation based on Competencies)- Position alignment ( Link to Market, Levels, C&B, Benefits, Career, Training, Power of Assurance, etc)- HR Management Development and alignmentetc. ( Employee handbook, HR related Process, Travel policy, etc.)

-Partner with business and client manager to drive business strategies-Full responsibility for HR practices, including staffing, Compensation & Benefits, training, performance management, people engagement and development (EMS, Session C); etc and compliance with labor law and government regulations-Provide HR consultancy to function leaders-Ensure fair and effective policies and programs to help the business and employees. -Optimize C&B structure keep competitiveness and cost effectiveness -Keep close with employees and make them engaged with the organization -Develop and coach HR Team, such as cross-function training, HR case sharing, etc-Drive Volunteer activities within company, such as 3 times in 1 year, etc.Due to site closure, the last project I was responsible for layoffing over 300 EE and moving over 100 EE to factory in Jiangsu province
