In June 2010, our Ultra C γ tool with SAPS function send to Korea Hynix for production using. I did the first group installation and technical support for them. Meanwhile involve in the Stress Free Polishing tool(SFP) and Electric Copper Plating tool(ECP).During this period, I got two national patents and two Chinese patents.
