He and his team provide Executive Level Construction Risk Management services to both Owners, Contractors and the legal field.He is an expert at Project Scheduling (forward and forensic), evaluating and managing troubled projects and directly managing as an Owner's Representative on major projects.Greg excels at managing and evaluating the more complex type of projects. Additionally, historical renovations and historical-repurpose projects are of particular interest.
