I am both humbled and grateful to have followed a path that has unfolded in my life to lead me to the wonderful work that I am very proud to have created in helping others as a result of healing my family. I am the Founder and Managing Director at ‘GAPS Diet Australia Pty Ltd’, the ‘GAPS Clinic’ and 'Gutbiome Pty Ltd'. I dedicate much of my time supporting families to learn about the GAPS in our Nutrition knowledge and how the human microbiome plays a significant role in maintaining human health.My GAPS Clinic emerged from my own personal experience in effectively treating my own son diagnosed with autism with the Gut and Psychology Syndrome Protocol in 2008. It was through this experience that I pioneered the first GAPS Clinic within Australia, followed by GAPS Diet Australia Pty Ltd Online. I am an active contributor and founding member of the GAPS Advisory Committee with Dr Natasha Campbell-McBride and I write modules as a GAPS Training Instructor teaching GAPS students online internationally. I also present the 'GAPS Mealtime Management for Fussy Eaters' as a webinar speaker for my online course. With my own online courses and retreats for families, I am committed to helping individuals and families with digestive and autoimmune disorders to understand and navigate the GAPS protocol effectively.Aside from this a second company has emerged in the product development and manufacture of unique probiotic formulas for gut health and autoimmune conditions. Our Synbiotic formulas contain both probiotics and prebiotics (synbiotics) to optimise the growth of healthy microorganisms required to colonise larger areas of the gutbiome. Gutbiome Pty Ltd is the first Australian Synbiotic brand to market. I have worked amongst a team of Nutritionists, Doctors, Food Scientists and an amazing female regulatory team to develop advanced formulas that consumers can rely on and trust. This experience has provided me with a valuable insight into the interactions our microbiome plays in our every day life and how a healthy microbiome impacts our overall health and well-being. With this notion in mind, my third company Herbiome has evolved with the exploration into the vaginal Microbiome and research into dysbiotic infections.My current interests lie in women’s vaginal microbiome health. I am currently leading a team in a clinical trial for the treatment of bacterial vaginosis for Australian women with explorative methods of the vaginal microbiome composition using 16Sr RNA Genome Sequencing."I am a proud Wiradjuri Woman".
