Identifying non-conformances and proposes corrective actions with the company post holders. Carried out in Europe, Africa (Chad, South Sudan, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Uganda etc) and the Middle East.-Overseeing a team of 5 which consist of 1 Safety Manager and 4 Safety Officers / Internal auditors.

-Defining of the overall purchasing policy and planning & Prioritization, management of purchasing projects.-Overseeing a team of 4 people in Glattbrugg. Negotiation of rates with suppliers.-Customer service support to one customer with two airplanes in Nigeria, including spare parts sales and repair management.-Zimex fleet engines management (60 PT6A).-Licensed Engine specialist - several tasks carried out in various countries (Saudi Arabia, Malta, Switzerland, Algeria).
