After the acquisition of Data Integration completed, my role broadened to manage all go to market activities for XTS. I continued to be responsible for the Data Integration P+L as well as the GTM plans and sales discipline for the global business. The entities included: the Xuber insurance software division, the managed services activity, Indian and Malaysian outsource and technical development entities - all consumed globally.

Became shareholder director and helped Data Integration grow from a turnover of £6M in 2004 to £15M when sold to Xchanging PLC in 2010. Data Integration designed networking and security solutions for customers in higher education, city institutions and large enterprise. Services included design, installation, maintenance and managed services.

First UK employee, developed the territory for the US technology company winning significant new customers such as KPMG. Neoteris was sold to Netscreen and Subsequently Juniper.

World travel

Selling networking technologies to city institutions including Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Nomura. I became sales director in 1996 ultimately managing a team of 24. BTN sold to Cable & Wireless in 2001.
