Collection, compilation and analysis of OPCC data/results; development of the WWF OPCC Evaluation Framework and the Cities Programme in general.

Assistant with WWF's One Planet City Challenge technical and operational tasks.

Assisted with the management of WWF’s global One Planet City Challenge (OPCC), including contacting participating cities, producing social media content, and supporting with administrative and technical tasks.

• Managed Opwall's Galapagos Environmental Education Programme.• Managed a team of 3 permanent staff and in-country partner relations.• Supervised school groups of 7-41 students and teachers.• Managed and reported project budget.• Developed day-guided activities including geology and biodiversity walks and litter-picking activities. • Delivered daily lectures on biology, geology and health & safety.

• Managed project accounts and budget.• Produced monthly and weekly reports.• Managed volunteers and staff on a daily basis under the direction of the program manager.• Led morning and night surveys delivering suitable training for the volunteers while assuring high quality data collection (Morning surveys: protecting loggerhead nests and hatchlings. Night surveys: tagging and measuring adult females).

• Planned and conducted surveys (butterflies, herpetofauna and birds).• Trained and led new volunteers and interns. In the field I took full responsibility of all volunteers’ wellbeing and safety.• Proposed and implemented a community project to inform and recommend changes to current crees’ activities in regards to the creation and use of bio-gardens in the local community. For this, I interviewed bio-garden beneficiaries, analysed the data using social surveying methodology and finally produced a report paired with a presentation presenting the results and recommendations.• Worked on the reserve’s butterfly guide, leaving a deliverable for future use.• Created a 6-month Spanish learning program and delivered weekly Spanish classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced students.

• Assisted in PhD and MSc butterfly research on Brown argus (Aricia agestis) and High brown fritillary (Argynnis adippe) in SW England. Tasks included vegetation surveys, data interpretation, transects and butterfly identification.• Analysed field data using R Studio to obtain preliminary results on butterfly population differences and the potential impacts of climate change on butterfly distributions.

Sports and adventure society at the Penryn Campus for university students.• Elected President: Sept 2015 - June 2016. Elected Secretary: Sept 2014 - June 2015. • Organised meetings and expeditions, logistics, handled a budget of 1500£, and administered paperwork, including risk assessments.• Instructed and guided students working towards their Gold Award. This included delivering presentations on exploration and health and safety skills, and workshops on orientation and camping skills. During expeditions our team was responsible for supervising groups and their wellbeing.
