Prep Médico is a 6-week summer residential program with UC Davis Medical. I had the opportunity to shadow physicians, experience clinical rotations in a variety of health departments, and develop collegial relationships within the healthcare workforce. Despite the medical exposure, I was able to learn more about myself in order to begin carving out my identity as a future medical professional.
