Deliver opportunity’s and advantage that contribute to achieve the business objectives, in this aspect I design and implement the new truck sales process and system as well as other many IT solutions that contribute to support in better way the business achieving together with the business an increase of 100% of the sales in 2011, I also improve the Back office systems with the objective to support the transaction increase, and all of this with a strong budget restriction.Assure the process and information flows of Volvo Trucks Chile to maximize the quality and benefits, in this aspect I remark the implementation of new process in the central warehouse increasing the trust in the stocks achieving the alignment of three different IT systems and the physical stock which improves the customer satisfactions and the GTO on KPIs.Assure the IT, I&O, QoS, SLA, Budget and resources letting Volvo Chile to grow in a safety IT environment, analyze and mitigate the risk of the IT area, in this aspect I manage to assure the knowledge of the local system and interfaces, building a high specialized IT team, before of this, all the IT was manage by an external provider with no Volvo Personnel, that situation imply a high risk to the company and affect his internal and external customer satisfaction, I design a master plan to retake the control of the knowledge, aligning the external IT provider without suffering any business impact of IT lack of services.Create contingency and continuity plans for the business. Deliver excellent services that increase the internal and external customer satisfaction and brand image, to this respect I manage to implement all the telecommunications and IT infrastructure for the new Volvo Chile Head Quarters in Santiago Chile.

Focus on customer satisfaction, increasing the IT internal customer satisfaction index from 2% to 72%. Coordinate the IT infrastructure and services needed to open new dealers and update the IT in the remaining dealers in all the country. Align the IT area with the business plan, coordinate the IT budget for all the areas of the company, analyze the expenses and correct the deviations. Deliver IT solutions, facilitating and improvement the business process, implement global systems in record time with excellent quality of the VIPS system.

Engineer in charge of the Quality, functionalities and improvements of the Architect system of 3M, working with multidisciplinary teams in China, Malaysia and United States on the analysis, design and develop using the Agile Methodology. Analyze customer claims and requirements from all over the world. Direct support to important customers like NASA or Coca-Cola Company, usually the problems needed urgent solutions and even more urgent for this important customers. Together with my boss in USA, we contextualize the requirements, analyze and design new solutions, manage the concepts and needs of the development teams in China and Malaysia, guiding and reviewing the work done, having in focus the quality and the global customer satisfaction, We manage to increase the customer satisfaction of the architect system, famous for his complexity, inflexibility and errors, the metrics of the implemented solutions shows that the quantity of errors was reduced to almost 0, in fact after one year, the 3M architect system, becomes the most robust system in the industry, that implies that other systems was added under the umbrella brand name Architect, showing security and trust to the customers, that was translate in to more sales for the 3M company.

Quality assurance service for big companies achieving the quality assurance of the ERP system for “Homecenter” company, deliver key information for the fixing errors before this Company start his expansions in Latin America. Also achieve the quality assurance of the image recognition system for the Chilean banking industry, and finally, assure the Chilean national currier “Correos de Chile” system, together with development teams in Spain, we manage to lower the errors in the system from 98% to only 2% in the implementation phase.
