International Project “Spartakus” (FIFA 2018)Collaboration with Vodafone Group Partner Markets and MTS Russia The aim of the project was to transfer, share and apply the knowledge acquired by Vodafone in dealing with 3G/4G network capacity issues during mass events; Best practice share project; Planning, Design and optimization of Meazza (Milan) and Bentegodi (Verona) Stadiums have been presented as case study; Guidelines on 3G and 4G special planning, design and optimisation for big events; Guidelines on physical and software network parameters to be considered and changed in mass events; Real Case Scenario: radio planning and optimization of Spartak and Luzniki stadium in Moscow, coordinating activities and local engineers; Workshops in Moscow to MTS Russia managers and engineers to share knowledge and practical experiences.

Short Term Assignment (1 year);International project “MTS Russia”, with the aim of creating guidelines on 2G and 3G planning, design and optimization and knowledge transfer;The project was divided into 2 parts:• Theoretical part (methodologies and processes);• Real Case Scenario: knowledge transfer based on live network (Krasnodar City);Radio planning (high level and low level design), coordinating local engineers during the knowledge transfer;Workshops in Moscow and Krasnodar.

 Planning and design of central exchange / switching points for fixed lines; Organised the setting up of central exchange/switching points for fixed lines (links, transmission resources, signalling, common resources) using Ericsson technology both for the core network and the types of connections offered to customers (POTS, ISDN); Responsible for correct installation of network elements, carried out by Ericsson suppliers; Responsible for the required equipment, checking with set regulations and expected specifications; Management of installed hardware for switching, traffic routing definition; On site survey .
