My primary job as the CTO is to ensure that all advanced technologies support all businesses developed by clients, partners, and my company. Whenever someone conceptualizes a business idea, I always prepare my high-caliber team of technology experts to develop the project and make the business idea a platform for end-users and turn the platform to a money-generating machine.I lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnership, and external relationships (with clients and vendors) while acting as a mentor to team members: web designers, web developers, mobile app developers, software engineers, and systems administrators. I take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity.I represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and when making hiring decisions and other executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements to ensure that the technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs. In addition, I identify, compare, select, and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs.I develop, track, and control the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing, and operations. In addition, I manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targets.I create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.I consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for each. I track, analyze, and monitor technology performance metrics.I oversee all system design and changes in system architecture. I keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape.I work closely with various teams of Marketing, Business Development Officers, and Operations Managers to define and deliver new products and enhancements.

As a Senior Project Manager, I run multiple projects on a day-to-day basis. I verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.My duties and responsibilities are:I manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business.I provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.I have full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery includes full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.I provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership. I ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.I develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, CIO, and key stakeholders.I coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project and program team.I have extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques.
