In the field of industrial property I act in the contentious-administrative jurisdiction for clients with large trade mark portfolios in order to obtain registration and protect them against similar marks. I defend the interests of clients holding rights in the works of world-famous artists and advise different companies on the transfer and protection of intellectual property rights that constitute an important aspect of their business.
