With over 15 years of experience in education and mental health, I am passionate about leading operations and people at Wellness Together School Mental Health, the leader in on-campus, in-person, school-based mental health services in California. As the Senior Director of Operations, I oversee the strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of all programs and services, ensuring the highest quality and impact for over 200,000 students and families. I support a team of 200+ staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. My core competencies include interpersonal skills, team building, training and development, and program management. I have successfully implemented multiple initiatives to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of our operations, such as streamlining workflows, optimizing resources, and leveraging technology.
