In addition to self-study, he attended a rare US-based HDR workshop taught by the world-renowned HDR photographer, Trey Ratcliff. In 2010, Danny won the grand prize in a photography contest by Blackberry. In 2013, he began taking his photography to new heights through the use of drones. TRAINING & CERTIFICATION Danny has over 26 years of training experience, with over 7 years in designing and developing award-winning global training and certification programs in the digital forensics space. He has managed training, logistics, and coordinated classroom facilities around the world. He has extensive experience managing and administering a commercial Learning Management System (LMS) with over 25,000 certified individuals (Moodle and Totara).He has experience managing best practices and trends in adult education, blended learning, instructional design, e-learning, and learning delivery systems. He conceptualized and launched a high-margin, recurring annual revenue stream recertification program. In addition, he was instrumental in achieving Quality Matters (QM) certifications and authored certification and ethics policies in compliance with ISO 17024 standards.Danny has cross-functional work experience with sales, marketing, and product managers to coordinate go-to-market activities related to new products. He has excellent communication and presentation skills and was selected to become a public spokesperson at industry and customer events, as well as online communities and social media in English and Spanish.
