Supervised workflow, projects, and calendar deadlines for 2 Designers and 1 Technical Designer. American Eagle acquired Todd Snyder/Tailgate.Selected Accomplishments: • Built team for men's and women's categories with growth of $27M sales volume. • Increased sales of Men's and Women's Categories by 66.5%• Created overall conceptual design direction and development of men's and women's cut and sew product for 132 teams, utilizing information from retail samples, vintage, and market research.

Developed conceptual design, graphic direction, print, color concepts, fabric, and fit for Todd Snyder + Champion Men's premium collaboration. Reported directly to Todd Snyder. Managed 1 Designer and 1 Product Coordinator. Selected Accomplishments: • Designed exclusive product featured in Todd Snyder's New York Men's Fashion Shows• Collaborated with movie Costume Designer to design garments for Colin Firth in Kingsman's: The Golden Circle, 2017. Styles were sold exclusively on Mr. Porter website

Led concept, color, design, print and graphic direction to a team of 8 designers. Traveled monthly to Italy to oversee design direction, in collaboration with Creative Director, of Men's and Boy's categories for European markets: Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and main markets (Germany, UK, Italy, France & Spain).Selected Accomplishments:• Increased sales of Boy's category by 19% and Men's Category by 9%• Managed creative development for Premium Reverse Weave program sold in top tier wholesale and retail European stores and websites

Provided conceptual, fabric, wash, pattern, construction for men's cut and sew knits category.

Created seasonal design direction of Men's cut and sew knit category including International, Cut-ups, Military, and Big and Tall programs. • Hired, trained and developed 2 highly productive Designers to adhere to calendar deadlines, daily workflow and projects• Researched and developed fabric, wash, hand feel and dye processes with R&D department overseas factories and laundry facilities• Partnered with Merchandisers, Production team, and overseas vendors to maintain target price points
