Dr. García de Soto is a Senior Research Associate and Lecturer at the Infrastructure Management Group (IMG). Main tasks included:• Coordination and supervision of construction activities from different subcontractors; monitoring and control of project activities; review of project schedule and labor tracking. • Review and evaluation of construction related administration elements (submittals, RFIs, change order documentation, punch-list items). • Facilitation of communication among construction team, regional project manager, architect, design team and owner.
