My mission is to develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals, and supports its high-performing teams and culture.As the Chief People Officer, I oversee all aspects of HR service delivery, including workforce planning, organizational design, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion.
