With over 27 years of experience in HR, corporate strategy, and technology, I am a PH.D. research scientist turned HR executive who leads the talent management function at PPC Partners Inc., a provider of advanced building and electrical services. My mission is to develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals, and supports its high-performing teams and culture.As the Chief People Officer, I oversee all aspects of HR service delivery, including workforce planning, organizational design, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion. I leverage my expertise in change and transformation leadership, program and project management, process improvement, and business acumen to enable the company to attract, retain, and develop outstanding talent.
