Sr. It Support Technician
Current- Provide global first to third-level support to Pluto TV and Paramount users for software, hardware, and various infrastructure-related issues.- Accurate ticket entry for issue resolution to aid in incident management. Manage the life cycle of tickets, including follow-up communications and status updates based on current Service Level Agreements (SLAs).- Assist in various technical projects and maintenance that may be required (this includes desktop, directory services, telecom, and networking).- Monitor and delegate tickets and tasks. Act as outage coordinator when necessary and as the escalation point for junior team members.- Coach, mentor, and train junior team members regarding incidents, requests, set-ups, processes, and ticket handling.- Coach, mentor, and train junior team members regarding incidents, requests, set-ups, processes, and ticket handling- Participate in the entire user life cycle from accounts provisioning, hardware deployment, and day-one orientation.- Administration and troubleshooting of company Mac/Windows, BYOD, and peripherals.- Provide Google Meet and Zoom conference setup support and troubleshooting.- Responsible for fulfilling requests related to onboarding and offboarding.
