I have been in the event industry for 12 years, and I am still fascinated about the huge potential for the growth in the industry. Many of its areas are like green fields waiting for disruptive ideas. If you think about it, present-day conferences look almost identical to those organized 150 years ago, fans are still paying high fees for physical tickets to middlemen and event organizer have less digital support to satisfy the most simple visitor needs. We are still having a false discussion about, if online events can replace live events and for most ticketing providers digitalization ends with sending a static QR code via email. That calls for disruption. I love finding new solutions and give my clients a competitive advantage. This is the field where I plant all my ideas. Specializing in the leisure, entertainment and hospitality businesses we're assisting clients and brands like Bestseller Group, Lexus, Toyota, Red Bull, Tigha with their event marketing strategy and community building. I learned a lot about people and branding by creating club events. You can really see the impact of your marketing campaign prior to the event has had, how excited people are and what they are most looking forward to. I always get the best out of my teams and managed artists or service providers successfully.I left my comfort zone and took all my skills in marketing, management and sales into the IT industry.
