I have more than five years of experience in this role and I founded and have been CEO of CRISTAL ARCO-ÍRIS for more than three years, where I oversee the strategic direction and growth of the company. I studied Human Resources Management and Marketing at the International Polytechnic Institute of Angola, which contributed to providing me with skills and knowledge to effectively manage human resources and brand development and positioning processes in its target market. I have been passionate about consultancy since a very early age, having developed expertise in this area through my training and professional experience. I also acquired multiple skills in leadership, management, communication, problem solving and creativity, which today allow me to deliver high quality results to my clients and stakeholders.
