- Planning, coordination and management of the implementation process of an industrial complex;- Construction of an on-site camp with capacity to accommodate 60 people;- Coordination of activities of licensing and implementation of gas, energy and water;- Implementation, monitoring and inventory of the storage units, logistics and shipyard;- Coordination and execution of all works of construction, development and re-qualification;- Coordination of all aspects of production, including the selection of methods of manufacture, purchase of materials, manufacturing processes and establishing production layouts and dispatch;- Selection, acquisition and implementation of equipment manufacturing process support;- Implementation of a production line of Air Conditioning ducts, with recruitment of national and foreign labour – India, China and Portugal – composed of 40 employees;- Budgeting of all business area, as well as direct coordination of commercial area;- Implementation of training on the specific production process, as well as in HSW.

Main activities and responsibilities:Responsible for sales to clients, being in all parts of the process. Achieving the project parameters, selling to the client the chosen product, accompanying the production by providing all specs and recommendations for the product and making sure the client receives the product on time with the correct quality ordered.

- Creation and establishment of the company’s branch in Angola, with all the inherent bureaucracy; - Establishment of logistics partnerships with raw material suppliers and subcontractors of manpower;- Establishment and strengthening of business partnerships with clients and suppliers;- Creation of the headquarters with technical and material equipment necessary for the company to pursue their activity in the country;- Creation of life and logistics site for the establishment of the company;- Client acquisition and managing existing accounts;- Creating a network of subcontractors to provide technical assistance services at national level;- Implementation of a technical assistance network able to offer products and services to clients nationwide;- Service and technical support to clients regarding the choosing of products suited to the client’s requirements.

Main activities and responsibilities:Responsible for the production department, which includes fabrication, maintenance, technical, final assembly and purchase section. In total, coordinating 80 workers, with the main tasks to:-Prepare of short and long term plans to determine the manufacturing objectives -Participate in putting the company strategies in short and long term. -Manage and monitor the operation of the plant to ensure continuity of production and maintain organized receiving and dispatch of finish product. -Manage maintenance department and apply the preventive maintenance program on all machines and equipment to minimize problems and shutdown scheduling to ensure timely and appropriate solutions are adopted avoiding major breakdown. -Establish production scheduling and recording system that will ensure accurate recording of production figures and stoppage analysis to make timely and precise reports for company management and future planning. -Establish safe working procedures for all areas of operation in coordination with the safety department and ensure its implementation to keep accident to the minimum and reduce downtime. -Leads special projects of maintenance department for the enhancement or modifications on process, following through to their successful completion. -Ensures proper training of plant personnel to upgrade their professional and maintain the equipped level of quality standards to achieve the operational equipments. -Coordinates with Quality Control regarding quality of production to ensure timely and appropriate solutions are adopted avoiding customer’s complaint

Main activities and responsibilities:Responsible for managing the production including, the coordination of 50 workers, and depending on the management to:-Establishes production standards of efficiency, minimum waist and maximum utilization of resources (machines, raw material and manpower). -Supervise production processes. -Coordinates with Sales to: a) Plan production capacities according to monthly sales projections. b) Monitor production vs. sales to review production schedule accordingly. Ensure enough raw material to produce without breaks and coordinates with procurement officers to ensure smooth supply of raw materialsc) Apply effective modification on production plan for timely production of special orders or promotional items. -Establishes quality control standards and procedures. Ensures strictly adherence to those standards. -Supervises machines maintenance programs. Recommends machines modifications if needed.-Prepares annual manpower plan. Makes sure all vacant positions are filled in coordination with personnel manager. -Coaches and trains production staff prepares on job training programs. Evaluate performance of staff, recommends promotion, additional training or termination.
